Ramona Quintana has been a realtor/certified Property Manager for 18 years, and while the market for home sales, purchases, and rentals has changed, Ramona’s goal has remained constant: putting her clients’ interests first. She’s a good listener and hears what her clients want and need, then does whatever it takes to make them happy.
Ramona has been a property owner in Vallejo herself since 1978, providing her customers at Eagle Vines Realty/Property Management with experience and expertise imperative to the quick and reliable services she offers.
Ramona chose to become a Realtor and Property Manager after leaving the teaching profession. “Customer satisfaction is my priority,” she explains, “and I give 110% to being a Realtor and hold myself to high ethical standards.”
There is more to property management than collecting rent checks. The owner pays the property manager a small percentage to handle day-to-day management tasks for apartments, condos, homes, and commercial buildings. Property management is particularly beneficial to owners of more than one property, and to owners who live out of town.
Ramona has long-standing business relationships with several service providers who can repair anything from a leaky faucet to a faulty roof or a downed fence. Most repairs can be taken care of 24-48 hours after the service order has been sent. Clients can be involved in all of the decisions she makes, or they can allow her to take charge immediately.
